The location was very convenient!!! i found all the team members cute, kind, and helpful. nneka at reception helped me, and everyone on the door helped with bags and taxis. i felt so looked after from start to finish. the interconnecting family rooms were perfect. the hotel provided so many amenities. I didn't need to pack anything other than clothes.

the hotel needs to work on dark lighting!!! it was very dark. the lighting in the room was bad. a broken light in the room didn't help. there was another broken light in the bathroom, so i dealt with flickering lights across the room for two nights.

the location is superb near the river it allowed us easy access to uber boats we enjoyed many attractions the reception area offered a nice welcome with english fizz our room was decorated in white it was a great size and very comfortable it provided everything we needed.

i found the breakfast disappointing it was not a buffet and it was difficult to understand what could be ordered there was no fruit a simple orange juice or slice of bread required asking a staff member it did not align with the price paid

The location offers easy access to buses and the Tube. The room provided two separate sinks in the bathroom. The staff was friendly. They were very helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated Pavel's immediate solution for printing my documents for my work challenge.

The hallways were quite dark, made navigation a bit challenging. More lighting would be helpful.

the rooftop bar played loud music late into the night. this made it difficult to relax in my room. i wish the noise level could be better controlled.
